Registration

The registration fee includes attendance to all presentations, a copy of the abstract book, all coffee breaks and four lunches including beverages. To register fill in the registration form. For payment follow the instructions from our website. There is a reduced fee for students and young researchers (young postdoctoral fellow). The reduced fee is sponsored by the International Arctic Science Committee (IASC) and the Scientific Committee for Antarctic Research (SCAR).

Into the text write a note, for which person the payment is. Especially, when you will be paying for several persons at once.

Cancellation policy

If you registered for PAM2015 and you are not able to participate now, the cancelation is possible and we will refund your payment. However, the refunded amount will be reduced to cover administration costs as follows 
- before August 15, 2015  20%
- before August 31, 2015  50%
- after August 31, 2015 no refund
